I am a huge proponent of wearable technology such as FitBit, MYZONE and AppleWatch. However, there may be a chance these could be keeping you from losing weight. It’s hard to believe, but stick with me while I explain.

All week you have been carefully logging your steps, paying attention to your caloric expenditure and making sure you get extra activity in through your workouts.
