Slam the Negativity

This morning during our workout finisher, I had the clients write down their 2020 most negative thoughts, emotions and events. Then we crumpled up the pages, threw them on the ground and used a slam ball to “slam the negativity into the ground”.

The exercise, while getting our heart rate up, was done to symbolize leaving the negativity here in the last day of the year. I reminded them after we were done that we are only taking optimism and positivity into the new year.

I hope great things for everyone in the upcoming year. May this new year bring you joy, peace, prosperity and happiness.
